What Type of Training Can We Expect at Breakout Fitness?
You'll train in a small, close knit group environment with either myself or a highly qualified member of our coaching team. We will guide you step by step through a mix of resistance and cardiovascular workouts designed to challenge you. 
How Much Can I Expect To Pay?
Working with us on will cost less per week than you would pay a Personal Trainer at a commercial gym for one Personal Training session. With us, you'll train up to 6 times a week with a small group of people on a similar fitness level as you on the exact same journey as you.

Each training session is 45 - 60 minutes in length which makes them easy to squeeze into busy schedules.
