Mark has been training ever since he was 14. He has participated in a wide variety of martial arts since he was 4 and most recently developed an interest in power lifting.
Training for Mark has always started more about the mental strength and therapy it provides. He believes that training helps build the necessary skills you need to become the best version of yourself.
Mark says that the best skill he has to offer is his communication. Listening and understanding where you are and the ability to coach / guide you to where you want to be.
He also has this stubborn ability not to give up which comes in handy when people try and give up, but then run into him!
